This part worked as we expected.
This is population 2 of our AND gate system ( Population 1 - BBa_K876047 ,Population 3 - BBa_K876066).This part seems to work since RFP was produced when observed under microscope. We can conclude that since RFP is binded with LasI to the same promoter, this whole part works.
